In order to simplify the permission management of programs, Role-Based Access Control will be applied to the division of role and permission in this defect tracking system, user will obtain the role's permission as a member of corresponding role. In RBAC, the permission is correlated with role, user obtains the role's permission when he is regarded as a member of corresponding role.
