New Model of Virtual Private Network with QKD and IPSec

This paper advances a new TCP/IP system architecture with QKD and IPSec,and discusses how to create and implement virtual private network with the new system architecture.It also points out certain drawbacks in realistic virtual private network and how to mitigate them and finally gives an outlook on the perspectives of the new system architecture.
