Research on A New Statistic Including Value Parameter and Shape Parameter

A new statistic named similar degree is formulated through the combination of two kinds of statistic—distance factor and similarity factor. Because the new statistic is including two parameters, value parameter and shape parameter, it can describe not only the degree of value similarity, but also the degree of shape similarity between two swatches. Based on this new statistic, this paper analyzes the actual data, and the experiment shows the correctness and validity of this new statistic.
