Design of customer relationships management system based on requirement of UML

Introducing the basic concept of UML and analyzing the meaning of CRM and making the function requirement. Acquiring the requirement analysis by using the use case view of UML from two points of user use case and business one. Finally, design and fulfill the CRM system by using the application technology JSP+Servlet+JavaBean and discuss the realization of distribution function module in detail.
