A Multisim-based Characteristic Analysis and Simulation of a Varactor

The static modulation characteristics and dynamic modulation characteristics of the varactor frequency modulation circuit were analyzed and simulated.The circuit properties obtained by simulation are consistent with those of theoretical analysis.The result of curve fitting with simulation data is also consistent with those of theoretical calculation.Some waveform and curve that can not be displayed on electronic equipment are obtained,making the results more intuitive and easier to understand.
