Thoughts on Building up automafic customer service systems at banks in China

The development of financial electronization should follow the trend of financial consumption in the new century to provide customers with totally electronized servi鏴s,and further expand the scopes of business and business horus of banks in China. The concept of financial customer service systems is defined,the charac-teristics of customer service system and the development trend of such a system are analysed, and the existing problems with the customer service systems and possible solutions to these problems are suggested.
