With the development of mordern science and technology,computer crimes are charaeterized as highly intelligent ,hidden , dangerous and so on.According to relevant measures in Chinese criminal law,this article is intended to discuss the consummation of China's legislation through the study of the components of crime, jurisdiction and the finding of evidence.
