A mechanism for dynamic services discovery

In service framework,it is essential to dynamically discover services.This paper presents the D~2 discovery mechanism,which meets this demand by complementing the existing service discovery mechanisms.Following the idea of abstract services,D~2 gathers information about some concrete services that sharing part of their functionality with the abstract service.Based on the relationship between each concrete service and the abstract one and runtime information,an appropriate service is selected from the pool to work for the client.Without complex semantic description,application developers achieve dynamical service binding by invoking abstract services as usual.
