Subspace Blind Channel Estimation Based on Fourth-Order Cumulant

This paper describes various methods and research of OFDM channel estimation, analyzes its advantage and deficiency, and gives the a Subspace Blind Channel Estimation methods based on 4th Order Cumulant. The algorithm, using the filtering role of Gaussian noise by fourth-Order Cumulant and in conbination with the subspace blind channel estimation, has raised the band utilization rate of the system on the premise of ensurring the estimation accuracy. Finally, the algorithm is simulated by computer and compared with the algorithm with the pilot-inserted arrangement estimation methods. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation have proved the availability and practicability of the algorithm.
