BT's Conflict with Network Copyright and Network Copyright's Protection——Research Based on BYRBT

BYRBT,as a representative of the universities' BT websites,plays an important role in teachers' and students' resource sharing in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.However,due to its special technology,BYRBT has always had conflicts with legitimate copyright owners since it was born.In order to balance the efficiency of sharing resources and the legitimate rights of copyright owners,legal analysis about copyright protection of the universities' BT websites including BYRBT is conducted from the perspectives of BT's purposes and the behaviors of BT's websites and users,in order to reduce the websites' legal risks.The feasible supervision measures should be taken according to the universities' specific circumstance.
