Games with Incomplete Information on Talent Market

With the breakdowen of the distribution system,the talent market has reached a historical moment.But there is such a peculiar phenomenon in the talent market at present,that is many job applicants are attempting to obtain employment while a lot of employers are worried about scarcity of talent.How is this kind of phenomenon produced ? In the article,we explain it with incomplete information game theory and provide counter-strategies.
