MTD Driver Based on NOR Flash Device

The S3C44B0X processor is used for development of flash drive program in uClinux system. It contains using flash memory’s interface circuit and JFFS2 file system; operating MTD chip and hardware drive information. According to call relative functions, it can add or delete MTD original equipment, and register or logout the user. After the system start, MTD will identify flash chip supporting CFI or JEDEC interface. And it can read CFI query structure by querying command.
