Aiming at the computer-aided management of highway engineering construction,highway engineering construction norm management information system has been developed by VB、SQL and Access,which communicates with Project2002 management software to process the related information.Based on the system,construction of highway engineering can be controlled dynamically to realize effective control on the construction schedule and to reduce the construction cost.
