Development Research on the of the MIS in Xishan Irrigation District

With the further implementation of China West Development,the information construction of water conservancy will make great process in Chongqing City.This paper discusses how to integrate the water resources optimal regulation model and geographical information system in the MIS(management information system) of the irrigation districts based on the Xishan Irrigation District,which is the important component of the Longxi River Large-Scale Irrigation District.
