The Inheritance of Virtual Property

The Internet begun late in China,but it develops very fast.When people enjoy the convenience,the fresh feeling and the entertainment brought by the Internet technology,and new things in the Internet are challenging the traditional rules in the real life.For instance,the coming wave of the aging Internet users poses the problem of the inheritance of virtual property to us.And in real life there have been some related cases.However,these cases are not solved reasonably because of several reasons,which states that the legitimate rights and interests of citizens can not be protected effectively.This paper aims to study how to regulate and protect the inheritance of virtual property reasonaly which appeares along with the development of the Internet.
