Application of Software Redundancy in the Control System of a Sand Transport Test Stand

Sand transport test stand may encounter pipe blockage caused by control system failure during operation.The control system requires high reliability.Based on the Simens S7-300software redundancy principle,hardware components and programming methods of the software redundancy system are proposed.To realize its redundancy function,a control net is structured by PROFIBUS-DP and industrial ethernet.Operations show that the control system has good reliability.
