Contrast and Exploration of the Performance of a Soft Starter

The strong and weak points and applicabilty for several kinds of starting ways of a electric motor are expounded in the paper. Two kinds of soft starters which have economic and technical norms with high quality in science and technology are compared and analyzed. It points out electric motors adopted the air - conditioning system of fire engineering in intelligent large building and large - soale civil architecture and magnetic soft staters are adopted for their starting devices.
