Information-based adjustment and management is a part of information application in the water supply enterprise.The article introduces the ideas about the alteration of the SCADA system to meet the demand of which can not only help the enterprise to make optimized decision,adjustment and management,but also offer a viewpoint of the function and characteristics that the data query system should attain.
