Cloud computing is an important aspect in the development of the intelligent of Internet, Cloud services is one of the important thing of the trend of development of New Internet. Open University(formerly the Central Radio and Television University of China) has spreaded all over national and achieved the national scope of fair education and lifelong education rely on the Internet, Open University teaching has developed along with the network construction of cloud, the cloud scale expands unceasingly, teaching resources effective use and management of cloud resources is facing serious challenges, the rational use of the Open University resources of cloud is the innovate subject. Because the application of cloud model for the end user's operation simple input and output, the use of mobile terminal is behalf of the coming of the era of cloud teaching, in this paper, the cloud commentary about the integration of the teaching status quo of environment; the Purpose is reveal the Open University to get Positive transfer.
