The Neural Network Model for Solving Minimax Problems with Constraints

This paper presents a kind of neural network models for solving quadratic minimax problems with constraints, and shows its global asymptotic stability by using LaSalle invariant principle. The L 1 norm minimizing problems are considered as applications.
