A system(control system or communication system) moves according to the expected law and is stable if it is not disturbed by some law.While the fact often appears: some unknown law breaks into the system and leads to turbulence.Using dual function one direction singular rough sets,this paper gives the concept of F——generation law in the system,the generation model of F——generation law and the recognition method of the system law.Dual function one direction singular rough sets is a novel theory and method in recognizing the turbulent law existed in the system and recognizing the system law.
