A Split Congestion Avoid Algorithm Based on TCP Westwood

In the paper we propose some efficient approachs to modify TCPW. We call the modificatory TCPW CS+TCPW. Smulation confirmed that CS+TCPW give better performance than TCPW, in addtion,CS+TCPW also maintains end-to-end TCP semantics making it possible full interoperate with the existing infrastructure.
