Designing a Rule for Annotation of Corpus Data in Synthesis of Mongolian Speech

Mongolian Corpus plays an important role in the Mongolian speech synthesis system.It is valuable to design the rule for annotation of corpus data.A new rule for annotation of corpus data was designed and can be applied to HMM-based Mongolian speech synthesis system.Experiments were done with the annotation data and the results of the experiment were satisfactory.It is proved that the designing is effective.
