Building a parallel supercomputet with pile-off-PCs cluster produced by USA's university,laboratory and research center which available in China. Based on our research on the Beowulf system.the principle of forming cluster of pile-off-PCs.the operating system platform of the parallel supercomputer,the parallel programming.the parallel communication, etc. which will be described in this paper.
