Design and implementation of OLAP in CRM system based on ASP.net

Customer relationship management, data warehouse and on-line analytical processing are introduced. And design of the architecture ofthe OLAP in a data warehouse-based CRM system is presented. Basedon ASP.net, SQL server 2000 andsome techniques such as OWC and XML, a solution to show OLAP reports on the web browser so that the domain influenced by OLAP can be widen is proposed. How to deploy the system and how to build the application program are specified. The method of how to realize that client page is connected with and access OLAP server with XML web service is described in detail.
