Research on the Collaborative Service National Standard Resources Platform

This paper introduce the current situation of the national standard resources platform,mainly analysis and research the collaborative service of national platform and local platform,and gives the data exchange interface parameter,in order to achieve a more effective management and sharing standard resource platform for the various resources.
