The Enterprise WEB ERP system has three characteristics: clear layers of management,many dispersed users and dispersed right control.It's difficult to satisfy the requirements with the traditional Role-based Access Control(RBAC) model.Based on the theory of RBAC,the conception of role has been expanded and enhanced.A hierarchy resource and role model has been advanced.The enterprise management flow has been optimized with a dynamic hierarchy access control model.In the implementation technique,the structure of the HR area code tree was defined,which displayed the level framework and simplified the configuration of the right.
