Design of Water Defense Platform based on SOA Enterprise Structure

In this paper,a framework model of water defense platform,which is based on service-oriented system architecture(SOA),is designed.We have described the construction system architecture,extraction and packaging of service components and multi-stage mass data storage patterns.Through the use of open Web Services technology,it has solved the problems such as existing traditional heterogeneous GIS system poor compatibility,multi-source data sharing and mass data access problem and so on,and has carried on the system realization.
