Investigation on Process Performance Management for Smart Grid

On the basis of an analysis on the enterprise information network development process and existing problems, the paper elucidates the urgency and necessity to establish the performance management system for business processes of power grid enterprises. While referring to common performance management methods adopted both at home and abroad, the paper proposes a set of methods of business process performance management system and specific implementations. The proposed methods are supposed to enhance decision -making process and general management to avoid detours and improve efficiency.
