The paper introduces a new and environment protecting preventive maintenance skill,regeneration pitch,it studies it's content and capacity,it states effects of the skill through specific project,and points out that the skill maintains features of high efficiency,low cost,environment protecting and so on,so as to popularize application of the skill.
