A Kind of Product Model and Implementation of BOSS

The traditional Business and Operation Support System(BOSS),using sole pattern to sale and rate, is not geared toward the complex services that are emerging. We had implemented a product package-product-service three layer's product model basing on the product definition of eTOM framework. It can make the BOSS support IP-based services, and satisfy the demand of individual customization.
