Evaluation on Operating State of Power Plant Unit by Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets Multiattribute Decision Making with Topsis Method

Intuitionistic fuzzy sets multiattribute decision making with Topsis method was proposed to solve comprehensive evaluation of generator unit operating state.A great deal of unit information can be provided by widely applied DCS and MIS,which have advanced automation and management greatly.Using the information,the comprehensive evaluation by intuitionistic fuzzy sets multiattribute decision making with Topsis method for a thermal power plant was implemented.Results show that this method is simple and feasible,the obtained evaluation indexes can evaluate turbine quantificationally and can be the basis for unit on line monitoring.
