The Design and Implementation for the Real-Time Transmission of Early-Warning and Cooperative Defense Information System

On the basis of the analysis of the present way of transmitting meteorological disasters early-warning and cooperative defense information,a scheme for realtime,initiative and highly efficient disastrous weather early-warning and joint defense information providing services to sub provincial meteorological departments based on meteorological disasters prevention and reduction wide area network was proposed,the main function and implementation was introduced.
