Research on orphan-handling algorithm based on delegation model

For the orphan-handling problem in mobile agent systems,research mainly focuses on the intermediate processes namely detection and termination.This usually changes the equity relation among the agents,and consequently increases communication cost and system complexity.An orphan-handling algorithm based on the delegation model was proposed.The agent group of receivers could be built based on delegation cooperation tactics.And thus,the orphan-handling problem were transformed from controlling the intermediate processes to controlling the relation between the agent groups of receivers and the agent groups of senders.The experiments show that the algorithm is more effective than the shadow algorithm in reducing the occurrence of orphans under the same experimental conditions.
