The Professional Sensitivity for the Edits of Journal of Higher Technical Colleges

Improving the professional sensitivity is an important move for improving the quality of the journal of higher technical colleges.This article points out the paths to cultivate the edits’professional sensitivity such as cultivating high sense of responsibility,strengthening the theoretic cultivation,strengthening the distinguishing ca-pability on politics,broadening the repertory of knowledge,and accumulating the experiences of edit,etc.
