Building Performance Evaluation Index System of Police Law-Enforcement Combat Command

It is a very complex issue that performance evaluation is the degree of achieving the goal of police law-enforcement combat command system in implementing combat command activities.It is hard to make accurate and objective evaluation without quantitative analysis and calculation only by evaluation team’s qualitative analysis and logical reasoning.On the basis of establishing index system by AHP and according to the dividing principle of indexes,this article analyzes the main factors of affecting performance evaluation and forms index system of evaluating police law-enforcement combat command performance evaluation from the dynamic and static angles.
