Objective: To discuss clinic nursing of using interposition embolism skill to cure hypersplenism. Method: Sum up the concerning nursing measures of 22 cases of lienartery embolism skill. Results: After the operation of 22 patients, they were interviewed at random for six months, B ultrasonic shows that spleen and live became smaller gradually, red and white blood cells and blood platelets get right gradually. Conclusion:Having a good nursing before the operation, in the operation and after the operation and giving a correct guide of leaving hospital is the key to guarantee the success of interposition treatment and to improve the healing of the patients after the operation.
