Some Classical Scalar Multiplication Algorithms in HECC and the Implementations

The divisor addition and doubling algorithms in scalar multiplication of HEC are given and implemented in Maple.The key operation in HECC is the scalar multiplication.Some classical scalar multiplication algorithms are described and implemented,those computing complexity are compared and analyzed.In addition,the encryption and decryption algorithms in HECC are implemented in Maple.
