The paper mainly introduces ERP hardware console design of Qinghai electric power test research institute,with the existing equipments and deficient outlay,the ERP hardware console using double machine and clustering has been analyzed,compare has been prosecuted aiming at the type,principle of double machine and clustering method.Finally,the most suitable double machine and clustering scheme has been confirmed.
