Spark Plug Ionic Current Used in the Preignition Detection of the South Motorcycle Engine

This paper describes a system for preignition in motorcycle engine using spark plus as a detecting probe,using the richburning information of the massive ions which are produced when the air cylinder is burnt,Through analyzing the wave form difference between lighting a fire normally and firing early,it can be determined whether preignition occurs or not.The actual application result indicates that the examination method has a greater practical value.
