Artificial life for medical image segmentation

The segmentation of anatomical structures and extraction of useful diagnostic information is very important in medical image,unfortunately most current segmentation methods require expert interaction and supervision. We are eager to look for a completely automated segmentation method. Artificial life helps people to understand biological systems and has been successfully used in robotics,computer graphics,etc. The author mainly expounds the initial application of artificial life in medical image automated segmentation.
