The Regional Database for Geothermal Surface Manifestation(RDGSM) is the distributed database used to deal and manage geothermal surface data by IAEA The data of system is collected and stored all over the world,the time of data be collected and submitted is crucial.RDGSM introduces the time synchronization strategy based on NTP to ensure the time synchronization of the database system,the validity and relativity of the data is be ensured at same time.
