The curve fitting instrument that is designed and based on LabVIEW graphical Programing Environment and functions of software analytic bank possesses the advantages of friendly interface,complete function and simple operation,having a strong pratical value in scientific research and engineering applications.The paper briefly introduces the method of designing the curve fitting instrument based on NI virtrual teachnology,gives the theory and method of software design and analyses the main functional models of software.
