Here we discussed the crucial problem involved in the design of the sa usage automatic labeling-machine PLC system, introduced the important functions of the system and the selection of sensors and executive components, and explain ed how to design software and hardware. The result of application showed that th e PLC system could work steadily with excellent adaptability, and its efficiency was 20 times that of manual work.
