Effectiveness Evaluation Method of C4ISR System

Effectiveness evaluation of C4ISR system is an important part .First,an index system of C4ISR is founded in the paper;Second,through the hierarchical configuration uses AHP in order to get power of the index;Third,uses effectiveness function to get effectiveness value and uses integration evaluation model to get effectiveness value;Finally,a practical example is given to confirm the method.
