The Experimental Application and Current Situation of Fruit & Vegetable Freshness Retention

The agricultural production's retain freshness and working are that the agricultural production continue developing, which are the agricultural reproduction processes; the second production economy. Retain freshness technology that the agricultural production enters the field of circulation and the market's important chain, especially fruit and vegetable production which the science and labor concentrated type unite, its science and labor concentrated type unite, its economic beneficial result's latent capacity is very large and the society effectiveness is very obvious. Technology is introduced in this article. The existing problems of this technology for further development are pointed out. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward: technology innovation should be fasten, the construction of circulating system should be strengthen, talent prompting mechanism should be cultivated in order to hasten this technology to be applied and extended intensively, and will provide high science and technology for raising agriculture’s efficiency and raising farmer’s income
