Whatever from the view of the technology,economy or the strategy;GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite Systems) have high research value.This paper mainly focused on the systematical structure,the service contents,the modernized progression,and the mutual similarities and differences of three major foreign and the domestic plough SNPS;stating the great significance for our country to develop GNSS;and proposing the urgent strategic measures to face with this high-tech tide.
