There are many problems In step hydroelectric station in Zijingguan,such as poor water quality,impurities and high sand content,and the water turbine of the hydropower station is seriously worn.The new amorphous composite coating of high corrosion and wear resistance is tested on the wheels of the water turbine,and the advantages and disadvantages of such technology are listed in the thesis,providing new approach for the anti-corrosion work of the water turbine in hydropower station with many sediment.
