Study of Operational Effectiveness Evaluation of Multisensor Data Fusion System

Multisensor data fusion system is more complicated and the performance of a MSDF system depends very much on the complexity of the problem. This paper presents an approach for evaluating MSDF of ISR that considers the difficulty o f the problem. It is necessary to offer cost effective means to start the design of new systems and facilitate the upgrade of existing capabilities. In respect of MSDF effectiveness evaluation,the author proposes a single-sensor effective n ess analysis model and a general multisensor effectiveness analysis model. We pr esent MOE of fusion level and discuss the MSDF effectiveness evaluation method.
