Design of Frequency Synthesizer for HF Band Radio

This paper lays out a practical synthesizer scheme based on the required target for HF band radio,and realizes a set of synthesizer which combines software and hardware.Experimental results indicate that frequency interval is 100Hz,frequency error is less than 30Hz and spurs is less than -70dBc,which can meet HF band radio's need.
